A bright, historic brick room with tall arched windows, wood floors, and a clean open layout that works great for workshops, small receptions, pop-ups, team sessions, and simple film/photo setups. About 500 sq ft with seating included (50 chairs, 5 tables) and space for up to 49 people. Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed, and cooking/food prep is allowed with an optional full kitchen add-on ($250, advance notice). No alcohol, no smoking/vaping, and no pets. On-site restrooms, wheelchair access, Wi-Fi, and optional AV support to round it out.
