Natural Light Studio with Backdrops, Props + Blackout Curtains

MUSE is a flexible 800 sq ft multi-use studio built for photo and video, content shoots, and small creative sessions. The space is bright with abundant natural light, and it also has blackout curtains when you need controlled lighting. You’ll find a variety of furnishings and props, plus a backdrop system with multiple color options. Many furnishings are on sliders, so you can rework the layout quickly.

For longer sessions and teams, the studio includes a lobby area, kitchen access, and two bathrooms for guests. There are also two workstations equipped with iMac computers and Adobe Creative Suite available for use.

Practical details that help production days run smoothly:

Free onsite parking with about six dedicated spaces, plus limited street parking

Ground-floor access with a loading zone and a slight ramp at entry

Staging area available in the lobby and bathroom area

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting (upstairs and an adjacent “Studio B” area)

Electrical outlets (120V) spaced along the walls

The space is not soundproof, but ambient street noise is described as minimal

Studio lighting equipment can be made available for rent on request. For natural light photographers, late morning through early evening is typically best, with a sweet spot around noon to about an hour before sunset.
