This is the main room and it sets the tone immediately. Floating hickory hardwood floors, golden lighting, and comfortable lounge seating create a high-end living room feel, while still functioning as a true performance space. It is well suited for chamber-style concerts, vocal recitals, speaking programs, and dance rehearsals where you want both atmosphere and control.

You have a reception lounge for arrivals and flow, plus a full kitchen with bar seating. Two restrooms on site. Furnishings and event inventory include 100 folding chairs, 12 folding tables (1.5’ x 6’), 12 adjustable folding tables (2’ x 4’), 6 bar tables, 8 bar chairs.

Parking is straightforward for this part of LA with 8 on-site spaces, nearby lots, and accessible street parking.
