By accessing or using VenueMagnet ("the Site" or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not use this Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Modification of Terms

VenueMagnet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion.

5. User Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content, information, or materials you upload, submit, or post on the Site.
You may not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate purposes.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our sole discretion for any reason.

6. Listings, Transactions, and Payments

VenueMagnet acts solely as a neutral marketplace and does not own, control, or assume responsibility for any property, listing, transaction, or interaction between users.
All bookings, payments, and disputes are solely the responsibility of the involved parties.
Fees and charges are disclosed prior to completing a transaction and are subject to change at any time.
By using the Service, you authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
VenueMagnet is not liable for cancellations, missed bookings, damages, or disputes arising between users.

7. Prohibited Activities

No unlawful, harmful, or misleading use of the Service.
No copying, scraping, or reverse engineering of the Site or its contents.
No interference with or disruption of the Service or networks connected to it.
No impersonation, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Site are the exclusive property of VenueMagnet or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VenueMagnet AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OR USER-GENERATED MATERIAL ON THE SITE.
USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VenueMagnet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration or small claims court, at our discretion.
You waive any right to participate in class actions.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VenueMagnet operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to later enforce that or any other part.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
